printer-friendly documentation?

Hi, I might be overlooking it, but is there a plain text version of the Flourish documentation (class and API reference articles)? I'm looking to (quickly/simply!) print it all out to study / use as reference.

I haven't had the time to getting around to auto-generating printable documentation from the site, but Adam Patterson manually put together a PDF a little while ago at http://www.studiolounge.net/files/FlourishPHPDocumentation.

I've created a single HTML file for offline viewing of the documentation, which should work well for printable documentation too. It is accessible from the Documentation page and will be automatically updated every time new code is checked in, or whenever a class documentation page is edited.
