Graphite-Tattle : code + schema review / suggestions

I launched out Graphite-Tattle yesterday to the opensource community. It is the beginnings of a self service alert system for graphite.

In order to prototype it faster I built it using flourishlib. Unfortunately I was just learning flourishlib while developing it and im sure there is a lot of improvements I could make to leverage the framework better.

Anyone that has some time to take a look at the code and offer any suggestions or even pull requests would be greatly appreciated. I want to make sure Graphite-Tattle is a good reference project for flourishlib eventually.
